About Our Farm

Our property features a stunning residence that is an exact replica of the historic Snee Farm in Mt. Pleasant SC, meticulously crafted by the previous owner, a specialist in expert cabin construction.

Beyond the historic home, our facility includes a multi-stall barn and versatile outbuilding, supported by multiple flat, cleared, and fully fenced pastures and paddocks. All located in the heart of Friendsville Tennessee, next to Icon Equestrian Center.

Chase Strickland is a businessman and agriculture enthusiast who brings the same precision and high-level execution to Strickland Farms that he has utilized in the entertainment industry. As a key leader at Bandit Lites, Chase has built a reputation for operational excellence and technical expertise. Recognized as a 40 Under 40 award winner for his business success, his transition into the agricultural sector is driven by a lifelong passion for nature and a desire to apply professional business acumen to high-quality livestock management.

Chase’s connection to the natural world began early, rooted in a deep fascination with aquaculture. This early interest in maintaining delicate ecosystems evolved into a broader commitment to land stewardship and animal husbandry. At the core of Chase’s philosophy is an uncompromising focus on quality. Just as in his professional career, he believes that success on the farm is found in the details.
